  •  Judicial Candidates file Appointment of a Campaign Treasurer by a Judicial Candidate and Judicial Declaration of Intent Regarding Expenditure Limits. (FORM JCTA) Candidates for District Judge file with the Texas Ethics Commissioner. (TEC Sec.252.005(1)) Candidates for County Court at Law No.1 & 2 file with the Elections Administrator. Step No. 2: (OPTIONAL) File Code of Fair Campaign Practices.
